Video Mat is a freelance digital artist, designer and photographer based in the East Midlands UK. Specialising in poster and flyer design and artwork for the music and film industry, Video Mat offers a complete design service from initial concept design through to final artwork. Over the years Video Mat has worked in various areas of the design world including clothing design, greeting card publishing, corporate identity and commercial and art photography. He also designs and produces his own unique brand of exhibition artwork based around his creation “White Dolemite” A fake “exploitation” movie star that lives and breathes through artwork alone.

To gain visibility to make own art works and services known to the wider public.

SOLUTIONS:

• A creative and functional website has been built to ensure visibility, provide information and offer services/products. We ensured that the creative based design did not overwhelm visitors and thus preventing them from accessing the right information.
• The logo was provided by the client, who was always involved throughout the whole process. This was particularly important as the artistic flare and identity had to stand out. This could only be achieved by conveying the personality through the artwork and feel of the artist himself.

A strong brand identity has ensured visibility in the right market niche by ensuring artistic flare has been combined to a well structured and functional website.
