Working Method

Implanta Design will involve you in every phase of the project. From the conceptualisation of your service to the development and delivery of the product, Implanta Design will carefully listen to your needs and propose solutions. This is our working method:

  • INTERACTING: We listen and we ask questions;
  • ADVICING: We offer solutions taking into account your budget;
  • BRIEF: We summarise our meeting in a brief and we will send it to you for your approval or amendments;
  • CONTRACT: We will send you a contract explaining services that will and will not be provided by us, while setting deadlines;
  • PROCESS EXPLAINED: The whole process will be explained in detail to show you how we will develop the project (tasks, stages, steps and deadlines.);
  • DEVELOPMENT: We begin working on the project and welcome all your feedback throughout the process. We will have to ask for your feedback as this is crucial for the project to succeed and for you to be satisfied;
  • DELIVERY: We deliver what we agreed and when we agreed;
  • CUSTOMER SERVICE: We ensure you are satisfied and will give you free advice if needed.
