We offer two options in this pack for you to get what suits your needs best.

The Web Presence Pack includes:

• Bespoke layout design for a HTML Website up to 7 pages
• A6 double sided flyer

OR

• Content Management System (CMS) website with template based layout
• A6 double sided flyer

All our websites are build following all the Web 2.0 standards, with basic optimisation as well as taking into consideration the hierarchical structure of information.

The first option is a bespoke HTML website where each page will be built following your needs, transmitting your brand identity as well as providing a professional solution for your business. With this option you will need a webmaster if you want to update the website’s content and is thus more suitable if you do not need to do so.

The Content Management System website option offers you the possibility of having a database driven website in which you will be able to update the website’s information by yourself, without the need of a webmaster. We will set up the website and explain you how to use the back-end as well as giving you all the tips to optimise your content. With this option you will be able to add new pages whenever you need to. The restriction that comes with this option is the limited modifications to the template website layout. You will be offered a range of template designs and the chosen one will be applied to your website. We will make small amendments to it, adding your logo and taking into consideration your identity colour scheme, but we will not build a bespoke layout.

Both options offer you a layout for an A6 double sided flyer, to help you promote your new website and your services.

Important Information:

• The package includes only the layout development. The cost of printing and print management are not included. We will offer you assistance and give you suggestions of printing services, but the ultimate decision of where to print and the costs are responsibility of the client. We are available to offer printing management for an additional cost.
• All our websites include basic optimisation, submission to google and google analytics account set up.
• We are not responsible for buying domain name or hosting services. We do advice when necessary.
• We offer an open source Content Management System to keep your costs down.
• The Content Management System will offer basic functions such as information pages, a basic contact form and a basic image gallery. Any additional functions will have an extra cost to the cost of this package.
